Volta Serene Hotel Ho, Ho

My recent stay had its highs and lows. The view from the balcony was stunning, and the team working there truly tried their best. Unfortunately, the maintenance issues with the rooms really took away from the experience. I had to switch rooms multiple times due to unpleasant odors and lock issues, which was frustrating. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it definitely needs to address these maintenance concerns to be a true gem.

I had an overall decent stay at this hotel, but it could use some improvements. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially Nancy, who made my experience much better. However, there were significant issues with maintenance and cleanliness in some areas that detracted from the comfort of my stay.
